WHAT IS THE WORSHIP EXPERIENCE LIKE?
The number one thing you can expect when attending NEW COVENANT is a genuine ENCOUNTER with God. It is our goal to provide an atmosphere that allows you to do just that. We believe in expressing our love for Jesus Christ, and being a Light in a dark world. Our weekly services include powerful music, sometimes drama and media included, designed to offer a complete interactive and participatory experience for your whole family. We see our relationship with Jesus Christ as alive and active, and our times of worship should be the same way. You will see people raising or clapping their hands in worship, dancing and/or crying worshipful tears.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
NEW COVENANT is a place to be who you are. Come casual or come dressed-up. JUST COME!
WHAT TYPE OF MESSAGE WILL I HEAR?
The messages that are presented are FULL OF GOD'S WORD AND APPLICABLE to your everyday life. Our desire is to deliver a Bible-based message that is both interesting and easy to understand. Pastor Chris Daigle is a dynamic speaker and will keep you wanting to come back to hear more. There won't be no falling asleep during his message...that's for sure!
HOW LONG DO YOUR GATHERINGS LAST?
It is our goal to keep our gatherings to a reasonable length but we also FOLLOW THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. Our passion is His presence! We are not in a hurry to rush through praise and worship, for us it is more than a warm up to the message. You can expect an equal mix of praise and worship music, preaching and ministry.
WHAT ABOUT GIVING?
During the service, tithes and offerings are received. This is MORE THAN A COLLECTION to pay church bills, it is a wonderful way to worship. We believe that the Bible tells us to give 10-percent (tithe) of what we make back to God and then as the Lord blesses us, to give an offering out of that blessing. Both tithe and offerings causes us to recognize His blessing and express our faith in Him.
IS THERE A SAFE PLACE FOR MY KIDS?
YES!! We are glad to be able to provide an exceptional Children's Ministry for all ages, newborn-age 11. Our LITTLE ANGELS NURSERY (Birth - Age 2) is staffed with loving caring individuals that will care for your little one(s), so you can experience your moment with God. Your older children can also experience an encounter with God while attending TODDLER TOWN (ages 3 - Kindergarten) or YOUNG WARRIORS INC (ages 6 - 5th Grade), they will find a staff that truly loves children and wants them to learn more about the Bible.
WHEN I PULL ON TO THE PROPERTY, WHAT
THEN?
Once you pull into the parking lot, it is our goal to help you feel at home and a part of our family. You will not be asked to join our church, but to experience the difference that NEW COVENANT offers. We want you to simply enjoy your time here and make a genuine ENCOUNTER with God. You will be welcomed by one of our greeters and invited to ask questions or just find a seat. At the end of the service, if you so choose, you will have an opportunity to meet Pastor Chris and CONNECT with other people, as well as get filled in on the different types of ministries and activities we offer. As you leave, our prayer is that you will have inspired and encouraged to DISCOVER more about following God and His purpose for your life!
